Class Description
Welcome to Ga for Beginners a fun and engaging language adventure designed for children and teens who want to learn one of the most historic and widely spoken languages in Southern Ghana. Through interactive lessons, music, games, and storytelling, students will: • Master Ga sounds, vowels, and phonetics • Learn to pronounce and use basic Ga words, phrases, and number names • Explore lexical items and cultural expressions • Gain confidence in speaking and understanding Ga in real-life conversations This class welcomes total beginners and anyone curious about Ghanaian culture and identity. Every lesson is designed to make learning meaningful, memorable, and fun!
Class Skills Development
By the end of the Ga class, students will: • Confidently greet others and introduce themselves in Ga • Understand and pronounce Ga vowels and consonants correctly • Count from 1 to 100 using Ga number names • Use essential Ga words and phrases for everyday communication • Recognize key Ga cultural values embedded in language use • Speak simple sentences and respond in basic conversations

Each student will receive: • A downloadable Ga Workbook with colorful exercises, pronunciation guides, and vocabulary charts • Access to audio pronunciation files for listening and practice • Printable flashcards for Ga words, phrases, and numbers • Fun cultural inserts introducing students to Ga customs and everyday expressions

Her goal is to help the next generation reconnect with Ghanaian identity through fun, effective language learning.
