Class Description

The Yoruba Language is spoken by the Yoruba people of the southwestern part. It is an interesting language. The most interesting thing about Yoruba is the richness of their culture. The theme for this session is "The concept of Orí in Yoruba". Under this theme, we will explore Yoruba geography, beliefs, and culture. This theme will give the students an insight into one of the beliefs of the people of Yoruba. The theme will be taught using games, poems, practicals, and virtual field trips.

Class Skills Development 

At the end of the lesson, students will be able to: Introduce themselves in Yorùbá. Talk about the part of the body in Yorùbá. Talk about the belief of Yorùbá about the head. Pray in Yoruba.

Students are expected to be in class on time. Students are expected to have the camera on while in class. Students are expected to watch the video and activities on the class portal and submit as and when due.
