Class Description
Enter into the fantastic world of virtual reality and the metaverse! In this fun class, you'll learn how VR works and discover all the cool things you can do in virtual spaces. You'll build your 3D objects, create exciting virtual worlds, and even try out VR headsets. We'll explore different jobs people can have in virtual reality and learn how to make our own digital spaces using easy-to-use tools. You'll see how the metaverse can be fun and educational, from playing games to learning new things. Join us to become a metaverse explorer and creator, and find out how you can be your best 'me' in these incredible digital universes!

About the Instructors
Tracie Yorke is a virtual world enthusiast who builds immersive environments on the Spatial platform using Unity. Her background in education and technology allows her to create engaging, educational virtual spaces.

Tyce Yorke, known as "escaperoompro" in MetaHorizons, is a young virtual reality expert who enjoys exploring and creating in RecRoom and Bloxburg. His firsthand experience with these platforms brings a youth perspective to the class.

Together, Tracie and Tyce bring a unique blend of technical knowledge and practical experience in virtual worlds, ensuring students get a comprehensive introduction to the metaverse.
